Tiny Team Shift Scheduler

Create a simple shift scheduler for tiny teams: staff availability, weekly schedule, shift swap requests, reminders, and manager approval.

Problem

Small teams often schedule shifts in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, or paper calendars. Availability changes, shift swaps, and reminders create repeated manager headaches every week.

Target Customer

The first customers are cafes, shops, salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants, small hotels, and other teams with hourly staff. The best early market is a narrow group that already manages this workflow manually with spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email, paper, or several disconnected tools. Start narrow, win one niche, then expand only after the workflow is proven.

The app can be built with help from AI coding tools, but customers pay for a reliable workflow, reminders, records, payments, dashboards, or organized information.
