AI Resume Tailor Studio

A resume creation platform where users paste their current resume and a job description, then AI creates a tailored resume they can edit, restyle, and export.

Problem

Job seekers often use the same resume for every application, even though each job description asks for different skills, keywords, and experience. Many people also struggle to describe their work clearly, choose the right achievements, and format the resume professionally. The painful part is that tailoring a resume for each job is time-consuming. A candidate may need to compare their current resume with a job description, identify missing keywords, rewrite bullet points, choose a layout, and avoid making claims that are not true. This is especially hard for students, immigrants, career switchers, junior developers, and busy professionals applying to many roles.

Target Customer

The first customers are job seekers who want better resumes for specific job applications: students, junior developers, career switchers, professionals looking for promotion, freelancers applying to contracts, and people applying in a second language. A second customer group is career coaches, bootcamps, universities, and recruiting consultants. They help many people improve resumes and could use the product to speed up review, formatting, tailoring, and feedback.

Public Teaser

Start with a simple AI resume tailoring workflow. The user pastes their current resume, pastes a job description, chooses a template, and receives a stronger resume draft matched to that job. The early product should keep the user in control. AI suggests changes, rewrites bullet points, and improves structure, but the user can edit everything before exporting. Later, the product can import user details from LinkedIn or parse job descriptions directly from a URL, reducing copy-paste friction.
